How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Help!! Why isn't my tracking updating in destination country?

All orders are sent through Singpost Registered Airmail by default. Even though tracking is available, tracking capability while on destination countries will depend on the country's post office. If you need to track while your parcel is at destination country, please do not hesitate to call the destination country's post office with the tracking number given.

There is a problem with my order! What should I do?
