Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all countries except Germany.(due to a specific law)

Customers based in UK, please go to our Etsy branch on Etsy(type in PonCrafts!).

Delivery timing may take a month depending on location. If there's any problems with your order, feel free to drop us a message.

How long does an order take to ship?

Anywhere between 1 day to a week, unless the shop owner is on vacation, to which the order will be shipped whenever the post office is open when the owner gets back.

Orders will be fulfilled during Monday to Fridays before 4pm Singapore time.

Shipping methods

By default all orders are shipped through Singpost Registered Mail. This method of shipping includes online tracking updates, but tracking capabilities at certain destination countries may be limited. In those cases, it is advised to call the local post office with the given tracking number.

Rest of the world:

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if cancelled within an hour of purchase, and not after. If there is a problem regarding your order, please do contact us.

Refunds and returns

I do not accept returns and refunds after 14 days of delivery. If there is a problem, do drop me a message and I will see how I can help.

Customs, taxes and VAT

The buyer is responsible for any additional customs, VAT and import taxes that may apply. The owner is not responsible for delays due to customs.
