Shipping

  • The customer is liable to bear any additional fees if applicable at their country's customs
  • The owner is not responsible for any lost items, but do contact us if you need any help.
  • Once the product is shipped, there will be no refunds.

Non arrivals

If the item does not arrive within 1 month, contact us with the contact form, and the owner will launch an investigation with the respective post office. We will provide updates about the investigation.

If you wish for a new item to be shipped(depending on availability), a new shipping fee will be required.
